Happy Club Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Happy Club loyalty program operated by Happy
Alley. By registering and participating in the Happy Club, you agree to the
following terms and conditions.


Earning Points

Members earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent at Happy Alley.

Points are earned on eligible purchases made in-store or through approved ordering channels.

Points are calculated based on the final transaction value after discounts.

Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another member.

Happy Alley reserves the right to exclude certain promotional items, catering orders, or special event purchases from earning points.


Redeeming Points

Points can only be redeemed by scanning your unique member QR code at the time of purchase.

Members must be registered in the Happy Club system to earn and redeem points.

Current reward tiers are:

100 points – Free Coffee (valued at $4.50)

160 points – Free Cookie (valued at $8.00)

300 points – Free Sando (valued at $16.00)

Points must be available in your account at the time of redemption.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other items unless approved by management.


Expiry & Validity

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned unless otherwise stated.

Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Rewards must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be partially redeemed.


Account Use

Each member may only hold one Happy Club account.

QR codes must not be shared or duplicated.

Misuse, fraud, or manipulation of the loyalty system may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of points.


Changes to the Program

Happy Alley reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Happy Club program, including reward tiers and point structures, at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.


General

Participation in the Happy Club constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

All decisions made by Happy Alley in relation to the loyalty program are final.
